CORN OIL EXTRACTION

FEC Solutions has developed a very affordable system for mechanically extracting corn oil out of the co-product stream from the back end of the ethanol dry milling process.  

Why extract the corn oil?

• Increases revenue with minimal capital investment and operating costs
• Improves the flowability of DDGS
• Allows some tailoring of DDGS to specific customer needs
• Reduces the fouling and other negative effects of oil on the back end flows and DDG drying process
